- Placing an Order: Simply add Products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and submit payment.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your Order. However, we reserve the right to accept or decline any Order at our discretion.
- Order Acceptance: We will notify you by email once we accept your Order. If we cancel your Order after charging you, we will promptly refund the full amount.
- Cancellation Requests: You may request cancellation within one (1) hour of placing your Order by emailing web@hempynatural.com. Afterwards, we cannot cancel an Order that has already shipped.

- Refund Timing: After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non‑refundable, except when we made an error.
- Exchanges: To exchange a Product, simply place a new Order. Then, return the original item under our standard return policy.
